I joined Damart in July 2008 working in the Contact Centre dealing with customers order and queries. After 2 years I moved to the Training Department to train new starters on our internal systems.
Within this role I expanded my technological knowledge, writing workshops on Microsoft Office and creating our company’s intranet. This led to me creating all the e-learning courses for the company, and now I’ve just finished my foundation level CIPD qualification in Learning & Development.
Damart has been extremely helpful in pushing me to be the best that I can be. When I started 9 years ago I would never have imagined that I could do the things that I can now.
Damart also has a great internal culture of teamwork. I love the fact that we are so passionate about our customers and want to do our best for them.
